60‑minute high-yield sessions with structured programming held at Platinum Fitness studios, designed to fit your morning, lunch hour, or post-work routine.
You'll focus on specific movements, while I provide real-time feedback and handle metrics for monitoring your progress. To ensure consistent physical adaptation, a training frequency of two or three sessions per week is recommended.
A 15‑minute grace period is provided both before and after sessions for transitions and showers.
